Her experience includes organizing small business workshops and trainings, structuring strategic partnerships to develop new programming, developing outreach strategies for small and minority owned firms, and serving as a resource connector for businesses seeking new contracting opportunities. Shara has also managed projects focused on assisting businesses with navigating local government and private sector contracting and resources.

 

Through her work, Shara has reached an audience of over 3,000 entrepreneurs throughout the Washington Metropolitan area. Her most visible program, CEO Growth Academy, resulted in the inaugural cohort acquiring a collective $14.2 million in new contracts. Shara also works with local community development organizations hosting business development workshops for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.
